Session Abstract
This Pedagogy Swap session invites educators to explore how professional development can move beyond good ideas to measurable impact. Focusing on evidence-based PD practices, participants will share and examine practical ways of using classroom evidence—such as observation notes, learner work, feedback, and reflective data—to inform, evaluate, and refine teaching practices. Through collaborative discussion and peer exchange, the session highlights how small, intentional PD actions can lead to meaningful change in classroom learning. Participants will leave with concrete ideas and shared practices to make PD more purposeful, reflective, and impactful.
