Koray Tunç LAMSIG (Foreign Languages Department of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University.) - Koray Tunç studied English Language and Literature at Dumlupınar University and completed his M.A. in English Language and Literature at Yeditepe University. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in English Literature. He began his teaching career with young learners in private schools and moved to higher education in 2013. Since 2014, he has been working as an English instructor at the Foreign Languages Department of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University. He served as the Educational Technologies Coordinator between 2015 and 2018 and as Assistant Director between 2018 and 2019, and has been the Director of the Department since March 2019. He is also the co-coordinator of TESOL Türkiye LAMSIG (Leadership and Management Special Interest Group). Koray delivers induction programs and teacher training courses with a particular focus on the integration of educational technologies and AI into language teaching, professional development, and school management.
Zeynep Oğul Akın LAMSIG (ETS) - Zeynep Oğul-Akın, MEd, received her BA degree in English Language Teaching and MA degree in Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics. She has 30 years of experience as an ELT professional, 19 of which also includes administrative expertise at Kocaeli University, Koç University, and Acıbadem University in Turkey. She has gained strong experience in curriculum design, curriculum-based assessment, leadership and management and accreditation in these 30 years. As a certified teacher trainer, she has conducted numerous trainings on different topics on ELT and educational leadership areas. Since July 2022, she has been the Academic Programs and ELT Manager in ETS, a non-profit organization with the mission to advance quality and equity in education to power human progress, unlocking more opportunities for everyone, everywhere. Zeynep is also the co-coordinator of TESOL Türkiye LAMSIG (Leadership and Management Special Interest Group).
