Why do we need wellbeing in schools and why today? In this talk, Melis, founder of Wellbees, an employee wellbeing platform, will take us through personal behavior change as well as organizational change theories finally to land on case studies from the workplace. This talk will help you set up your first steps in your wellbeing programme at school.
Wellbeing for Yourself and Your Staff: Some Practical Tips, by Andy Hockley

As academic managers, we have to be conscious of and active in supporting our teachers’ wellbeing. But, we also must be aware of our own. This session will discuss what we mean by wellbeing in this context and also provide some practical activities that you can use to support both yourself and your staff.
