LAMSIG invites you to our insightful webinar on March 06, 2025, at 8:00 pm (GMT+3). Join us for our event as we explore “Weathering the Storm: Succeeding as an ELT Leader Amidst Resistance with Resilience”.

Abstract:

Leading in ELT comes with its challenges, and resistance—whether from staff, institutional policies, or external factors—is inevitable. How leaders respond to resistance determines whether it becomes a roadblock or a stepping stone. This interactive session will explore real-life examples of resistance in educational settings and provide practical strategies to manage pushback effectively while fostering resilience. Participants will gain insights into guiding difficult conversations, building trust, and maintaining motivation in the face of challenges. Join us to develop the mindset and skills needed to turn resistance into growth and lead with confidence.
