QUASIG invites you to a free webinar entitled “Understanding Eligibility Criteria for Accreditation: Standards, Purpose, and Variations” on 13 January, 2026 at 19:00 (GMT+3). We are proud to host Didem Mutçalıoğlu and İlkay Bülbül in this workshop. Please see the session abstract below.
Session Abstract
This webinar will explore the eligibility requirements for the primary accreditation schemes available for English language programs in Turkey. Each scheme’s criteria will be examined in detail, and the rationale behind these requirements will be explained with reference to relevant quality standards. Participants will actively engage in various activities, including case discussions to evaluate eligibility under specific schemes, identify potential challenges when eligibility expectations are not met, and develop strategies for initiating the accreditation process. Thesession also aims to provide a platform for participants to share experiences from their own institutions regarding meeting or preparing to meet eligibility requirements. Through collaborative discussions, participants will work toward practical solutions for some of the most common challenges in this process.
