LAMSIG Talks Series Event 1, From Teacher to Leader: What No One Warned Me About, brings together members of the TESOL Türkiye Leadership and Management SIG (LAMSIG) for an engaging online session on Thursday, 26 February 2026 (20:00–20:45).
The event offers a practical space for colleagues to share reflections, real-life experiences, and key lessons learned during the transition from teaching roles into leadership positions.
Designed as a focused and interactive session, the event features three short talks followed by a joint Q&A with all speakers. Participants will have the opportunity to hear diverse perspectives, connect with peers, and engage in a meaningful discussion about the challenges, surprises, and professional shifts that often accompany stepping into leadership in educational contexts.
