Cristina Manea Gultekin is a teacher, teacher trainer, and lifelong learner. She holds a BA in English and French, as well as an MA in TESOL. Currently, she leads the Professional Development Unit (PDU) at the School of Languages, Gaziantep University and trains pre-service and in-service teachers. With a rich experience in designing foreign language programs from K-12 to university levels in both Europe and Turkey, she is deeply committed to researching the psychological and social development of English language teachers and learners. Her focus extends to understanding the processes and practices that underpin the implementation of professional development.
