The two-day training program, Empowering Pre-Service Teachers: Trauma-Informed Approaches for Classroom Well-Being, was held at Harran University on December 19-20, 2024. Led by Prof. Dr. Evrim Üstünlüoğlu and Melis Akdoğan Gündoğdu, the event brought together both pre-service and in-service English teachers.
 
The participants engaged in workshops and collaborative activities on trauma-informed teaching, social-emotional learning (SEL), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and teacher well-being.
 
This initiative is an integral part of TESOL Türkiye's ongoing commitment to provide educators with innovative approaches and practical strategies to address the diverse needs of students.
